Clevano aims to dispatch orders quickly and deliver them safely. Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are correct at checkout to avoid delays.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on orders over 100 AED. For orders of 100 AED or less, delivery charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Areas

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery availability and timing may vary depending on your city, area, courier service, product availability, and order confirmation.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed after confirmation and payment verification where required. You may be contacted by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email if we need to confirm details before dispatch.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is generally 1 to 5 working days after order confirmation. Delivery can take longer during sales, holidays, high-demand periods, or courier delays.

Order Changes

If you need to change your order or delivery details, contact us as soon as possible at info@clevano.ae. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, changes may not be possible.

We do our best to show product images, colors, and descriptions accurately. Slight differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, packaging changes, or supplier updates.
